Portland Bible College is a part of the heartbeat and calling of City Bible Church. We are committed to training and equipping leaders to strengthen local churches and fulfill God’s purposes around the world.

Based at City Bible Church’s Rocky Butte Campus, Portland Bible College offers training in Pastoral Leadership, Worship & Creative Arts, Pastoral Counseling, and Youth Ministry along with a Humanities Program designed for university transfer.
