Word from our Founder, Darren Ayres: This non-profit is a result of my experience running for the US Congress. Reaching Christian people through their churches was almost impossible.

For a myriad of reasons, some biblical, some not so much, pastors tend to stay within the walls of their church building. Churches have abdicated their biblical role to care for widows and orphans. They have chosen to spend their money on buildings and programs for membership and leave caring for the poor to the government. It's no wonder our federal and in some cases state, governments think they will encounter little resistance when restricting free exercise of religion. When the church becomes irrelevant, in the local community, that organization which provides the most assistance will also gain the public's loyalty.

Christians are under growing attack in the work place. Many employers, supervisors, or coworkers will bully a Christian into removing faith-based items from their personal space or censoring their speech. In many instances, the courts have spoken and ruled in favor of the Christian. When that is known, the worker will be able to make an informed choice when responding.

Churches need to take a greater role and government must take a lesser one. The most effective way, for this to happen, is electing representatives who share that philosophy. PC will provide information regarding your choices. At first, the candidates highlighted will be those in nationwide races, in Florida statewide races and in Tampa Bay area races, where PC is based. Moving beyond will be driven by resources available to adequately provide quality information.
