It’s more than a physical workout. It’s glorifying our Life Giver & Source of Hope as we dance, sing & strengthen the bodies He has given us.

Our classes are 50 minutes in length and combine the use of weights for strengthening, easy to follow cardio & a stretching portion. We welcome beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike. Remember, it’s not about how you look—It’s about the fun you’ll have moving to inspiring music!

Participants are asked to wear shoes with good support, comfortable clothing & to bring a water bottle and any set of hand weights they may have around (between 2-5lbs each). During the wet, snowy weather, it is suggested that participants bring their fitness shoes—wearing boots so as to keep the floor dry and safe.
