Potential Inc.

Potential Inc. is a non-profit organization that was started in 2006. The founder worked in many different areas of the mental health and special education sectors and was unhappy with the quality of intervention provided. Potential Inc. was born to provide high quality services to those individuals and over time became specialized to the autism community. Potential grew from nothing to a budget of over $2 million and is continuing to grow. Despite the growth, we have maintained an excellent work environment where not only our clients are respected, but our staff as well. Recently, one of our staff said that the best things about working for Potential were the awesome co-workers who were invested in client progress, everyone is free to make suggestions, and administration is supportive of staff both professionally and personally.
