Wellness program for active older adults.
Classes are designed to strenghten muscles used for daily living tasks. We also work on balance to try and prevent falls you know the older we get the more we fear of falling down specially during the winter time so balance to help prevent the fall and strenth so if you do fall you will have the strenth to pick yourself up get back up on your feet.
Classes are Mon-Weds-Fri from 12-1pm
