Power Barre

Full body/low impact work out. Bring your yoga mats, this barre exercise class will feature a 20 minute ballet barre sequence to build strength, balance, and flexibility. We will take the barre exercises to the floor for 20 more minutes of low impact muscle coordination and strength training. The class finishes with a measurable strength challenge and 10 minutes of stretching every muscle in the body.
