The creators of PF Fitness spent over a year dreaming of a way to express a coaching style that not only encompasses athletic prowess but also recovery and substratal health. Like many great ideas, the words "power and finesse" came about during a conversation in the gym- and has stuck with us ever sense. We feel these two words best capture our vision and express our passion for life long wellness!
