Power Hour In The Park

We are an outdoor fitness bootcamp dedicated to get South Florida moving and staying active. I have been training for the city of Fort Lauderdale and Go River Walk for over 5 years now. I have resistance bands and all you need is water and a workout mat or towel. This is every Monday and Wednesday at 6:45. I have a DJ speaker set up and play my dirty beats for an hour. We have some seriously talented and athletic people who come regularly, so the competition is very healthy and you will be challenged. This class is more of an intermediate class and we do a different workout each class. Most of the time they are High Intensity Interval Trainings (HIIT), and also, they are 5 minute interval circuits. Come check it out.
