Power Life Yoga KC

We believe in building a community that is energized by the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. We want to especially welcome and encourage beginners. Our classes provide a physically challenging and mentally exhilarating practice that is for everyone! We've made sure to offer various levels of classes across all hours of the day.

Classes
Our classes combine an energizing style of yoga, with motivating music, and a semi-heated environment that sculpts a strong and healthy body and mind. Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors are highly trained and certified and our facilities have the necessary amenities, such as lockers and showers, to get in a quick practice and go about the rest of your day.

Studios
Our studios are different. And by different, we mean better. We understand that convenience is important for our students. Our facilities are much larger than the traditional yoga studio and has two separate studio spaces to run multiple classes during the day. We have changing rooms, lavatories and showers. We also have all the necessities available -- mats, towels, lockers, etc. -- so the total beginner can come in and practice for the first time.
