In addition to personal training, PR Performance Fitness offers traditional group classes as well as specialized small group classes based on the needs of our clients.

Fitness Assessments: We offer fitness assessments, functional flexibility assessments, and assist clients in developing goals as part of our individual and group training packages.
Personal Training: We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions in a private setting with an individualized program based on your individual personal needs.
Bootcamp Style Classes: The Performance Boot Camp focuses on improving cardiovascular capacity, muscle endurance, and strength.
High Intensity Training Boxing: Our HIIT Boxing class is a High-Intensity Interval Boxing Class focused on punching technique and developing speed, power, and endurance
Self-Defense for Women:
A two hour class dedicated to teaching women self defense techniques that can be easily recalled during an unpredictable situation.
