PR Fitness offers group programs and coaching for endurance athletes and anyone who desires to improve fitness, get faster/stronger and become a more balanced athlete.
Group Run Schedule
Saturday morning, 8 a.m., Supported long run (12-20 miles) with refreshments and signs (drop-in $5)
Sunday morning, 8:30 a.m., Short run, TBD (announced in weekly emails), no cost
Tuesday evening, 6:30 p.m., Group tempo run (5-7 miles), with map and turn-by-turn directions, (drop-in $2)
Wednesday morning, 6 a.m., Group short run (4-6 miles) from Pioneer High School, no cost
Thursday evening, 6 p.m., Interval speed session, organized workout, (drop-in $3)
We also have yearly memberships, which are a one-time donation each January, or pro-rated from the month of membership:
Regular: $120/yr
Student: $100/yr
