Yoga means something different to everybody.

To me, it meant rediscovering my love of health and fitness along with rebuilding strength after having a baby in March of 2014. I have loved yoga and have practiced off and on since high school. Upon discovering an opportunity to complete teacher training right in Sioux Falls, I eagerly signed up and completed my official training in April 2015.

Taking yoga from just something I enjoyed to an appreciation for all that it can do for the physical body, mind, and emotional state, inspired me to share it with everyone I can.
