Wright Township is a civil township of Hillsdale County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,788 at the 2000 census.CommunitiesThe village of Waldron is within the township.Betzer is an unincorporated community in the west of the township along the boundary with Ransom Township at. The name was derived from Daniel Colbetzer, who became the first postmaster on November 15, 1886.
