Come observe the olympic weightlifting team train or have one of our USAW olympic weightlifting coaches work with you individually and introduce you to the sport - no charge for either.
~Join the weightlifting team:
7+ year olds to prepare for organized sports and
train them to prevent injury effectively. Teens
increasing vertical jump or improving speed and
explosiveness; college bound or pro bound for
qualification performance.
~Online training available:
Communicate with our coaches directly via email.
We will design training cycles specifically for you,
review how your workout went, and make
changes daily to fit your needs. You may email
video of your daily lifting/training for technique correction.
