AQUA Fitness:This class is designed to burn calories while in the water, increase flexibility, and improve muscle tone.

BootCamp: An intense Cardio Workout. If you are looking for a high intensity class this is the one for you.

Cardio, Strength, & Stretch: This class will take you through three different formats. The Cardio will give your Cardio-Vascular system a workout, strength will tone and build muscles, and stretch will buiild flexibility.

Functional Strength Training & Nutrition: Learn how to use free weights to lower body fat, increase muscle tissue and strength and improve balance. This is like having your own personal trainer. This class includes nutritional information. Taugh by Charles who holds a BS, MS, PhD and is a Certified Personal Trainer by ISSA and Performance Nutritionist and a BAER Fitness personal trainer.
