Brad Canfield, out of Hiawatha, Iowa founded Premier Staffing Inc. In 2011, Brad saw a need for his company, CCB Packaging Inc., to acquire better service in staffing needs. Through its friendly, loyal and exceptional customer service, Premier Staffing has developed a strong customer base around Eastern Iowa. We pride ourselves on delivering qualified associates to our customers by spending extra time with clients and employees to create a better match.

In 2011, Premier Staffing Inc. started with one single employee. Today, we have a team of four experienced, hardworking and dedicated individuals. Premier Staffing employees a number of associates at diverse companies around Eastern Iowa. Our expertise ranges from light industrial to clerical, even onto management and salaried staff. With our doors opening as early as 6:30 a.m., our staff is prepared and ready to be with you every step of the way.
