We do career coaching for high school and college students. We help find a professional direction, a college/vocational school that fits and help them work on scholarships.

We have personalized our process to be more than the tests most students take during school that direct them down a broad field. We get to know the student, through their intrests and goals in life, which leads us to better their idea of their future. We use an aptitude test that can narrow down the options to 20 or 30 majors, then they get to choose the few that intrest them the most and we will delve deep into what each would normally do. To push it even further we set up interview with people who currently do a job around that major so they can see their work and see it through their eyes to see if it was what they thought, we also try to set up a job shadow, which is where they join a person who does that job and follows them throughout their day learning the ins and outs of that job in the actual workplace.
