Presbyterian Family Foundation

Presbyterian Family Foundation (PFF) is a nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Directors. We are a 501(c)(3) organization. PFF provides guardianship and conservatorship services throughout Minnesota with offices in Willmar and St. Cloud, Minnesota. Residential Services for people with intellectual disabilities are provided in Atwater, Minnesota and Willmar, Minnesota. Residential Services are provided in people's own homes or apartments, or in licensed adult foster care homes serving no more than four persons in each home. The facility in Atwater is Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Intellectual Disabilities and serves up to six people. Trained staff may be on duty 24 hours each day in group settings, or contracted hourly for people living on their own or in their family home.
