With a two building, family run, and owned facility, Primrose is located in the historic town of Santa Rosa, CA.

Resting on 3 beautiful gated, and park like acres, Primrose is blossoming with a variety of fruit trees, as well as a bountiful pick of some of the most caring, and qualified staff members. We offer round the clock care, respite care, and day care (Day Club) services, and provide an assortment of fun activities 7 days a week, to keep residents engaged. We also host a variety of outside vendors, for their entertainment, and enjoyment!
