Prine for Indiana - House District 47

Matt Prine and his family are rooted to the past and focused on the future of Central Indiana. Raised in Johnson County, supporting neighbors and building community have always been important to Matt. As a volunteer firefighter and EMT, Matt confronts the daily obstacles working families face and seeks to help others overcome.

Too often campaigns focus on the problems in this world and not the solutions. A bright future is secured through choosing leaders with a strong work ethic, willingness to creatively solve problems, and enthusiasm that tomorrow is better than today. Living on a small farm, Matt and his wife, Katie, are raising their two young children with a hope to see the future that allows opportunity for success, quality education, and sustained liberty.

Our community is filled with people that care deeply about their values of faith, family and freedom. As a State Representative Matt commits to defending the preciousness of life, protecting our right to worship freely, and preserving the right to bear arms. Matt will work to create prosperity in our region through policy that encourages business innovation, access to education, and higher paying jobs.
