I was and will always be a creative person. I went to school for graphic designing in New Zealand and have a Master's degree from Auckland University. I was always passionate about henna as a hobby since my childhood days. I have been doing henna art for more than 25 years. I started when I was 10 yrs old using my moms hand as a canvas to practice. I pursue henna art because I am interested in sharing the beautiful culture and traditions of India with the rest of the world. I also think that there are very few good henna artists around and I wanted to contribute to growing the interest for the art. I also conduct henna training sessions for kids so they could express their creativity.
