PRMA Plastic Surgery specializes in advanced breast cancer reconstruction techniques including the DIEP, SIEA, GAP & TUG flap procedures, vascularized lymph node transfer, fat grafting, Alloderm One-step, and nipple-sparing mastectomy. We are In-Network for most US plans.

Our most common reconstructive procedure, the DIEP flap, uses the patient's lower abdominal tissue to reconstruct a "natural", warm, soft breast. Unlike the TRAM flap, the DIEP flap preserves all the abdominal muscles. Patients undergoing DIEP flap reconstruction essentially receive a tummy tuck at the same time as the breast reconstruction. Since the abdominal muscles are spared, recovery is easier and patients retain abdominal muscle strength long-term.
