Pro Fitness offers a new paradigm for helping people develop mastery of their fitness & wellbeing. Fitness includes (but is not limited to) regular exercise, good nutrition, stress reduction & health management. Wellbeing involves attention to our spiritual, mental, social-environmental & physical needs. Mastery is the development of the knowledge, skill & desire to sustain this fitness & wellbeing. Pro Fitness training & coaching programs are designed & initiated by Fitness Director, Amanda Sheldon.
“Coach Mandy” is degreed & certified; post-graduate Exercise Physiologist, BS
Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR), American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist, & Certified Wellcoach®
with years of practical experience. (She has completed her PhD coursework in Exercise Physiology at University of Miami and is currently preparing for her dissertation.)
