If winning is important, we do, a lot! We are here to compete. We always give our teams the best opportunity to be at their best. Though there is no way to guarantee a team will win, we give them the best tools to acheive their goals.

Your athlete will receive the best and proper training at Pro Spirit. We truly have a veteran staff that is there for your athlete. Advancement comes when there is a focus on proper conditioning and technique.

We train your athlete in all areas including leadership, and more importantly, a servant leadership. This is an aspect that very few gyms spend time on. Pro Spirit community service projects are purely voluntary for each athlete, but once you do one, your heart drives you to the next. Pro Spirit was the very first recipient of the USASF Chairman's Cup because of our commitment and as the leader and example for other gyms. We also have been honored by the a General in the US military because our Adopt a Serviceman project.
