Founded in 2011, by athletes, Prodigy Performance is a comprehensive performance training facility located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in developing personalized training programs offered in a group setting.

We strive to be more than just "a training facility". We strive to develop a family environment centered on hard work, determination, and success. Our goal is to become your "3rd Place."

Whether your a weekend warrior looking to stay heathly, a mother of 2 looking to get back into shape, or a high school athlete trying to make the varsity team, Prodigy Performance has the program for you. After an initial consultation/assessment, we map out an individual journey to help you reach your goals.
