Professional Creations Training Systems is a training service that offers personal and small group fitness training, soccer skills training, and strength and conditioning.

It is simple, we are here because like many others we want to make a difference in people's lives, but the biggest difference is the passion we bring to what we do. The reason owner Marc Sapoznik started this business is because he suffered a lot of injuries and was sick much of the time when he was young. The fact is, he wants to make sure other people do not have to go through similar issues, when they are young or when they grow older. He believes that a healthy lifestyle and properly instructed exercise can prevent or cure most things that people go through, whether they are an athlete or just turned 90 (which could still be an athlete :).
