PROFORMANCE and ELEVATE are two separate businesses working together to provide professional instruction to enhance and strengthen your game. This facility is the result of 3 professional athletes, Dustin Moseley, Jay Sawatski, and William Lewis, putting their knowledge and life experiences to work. They want to help you become the best athlete you can be.

PROFORMANCE is dedicated to providing high level instruction and training for players seeking to take their game to the next level. Our training environment allows players the opportunity to learn and train properly in order to advance their skills and playing abilities.

Our comprehensive baseball training program targets specific physical, mechanical, and mental training techniques to better your baseball skills while ELEVATE trains your body through strength, speed and nutrition. Each player entering our facility works with a dedicated professional instructor who will help improve the player with their knowledge, experiences, and expertise.

PROFORMANCE's goal is to make available the best coaching staff and training facility possible to help ballplayers reach their full potential in the sport. We will provide a safe learning atmosphere with resources to help each individual player compete at the highest level of baseball and softball possible.

Our goal at ELEVATE is to provide the client with the highest level of personal training and education for a healthy lifestyle. We believe in smart, functional training so our clients are never put at risk for injury. If you are injured, how can you continue to train in order to meet your goals? We will strive to educate all of our clients in such a way that they are able to help not only themselves, but potentially help others. ELEVATE has teamed up with PROFORMANCE and Physical Therapy Institute in order to encompass the total package when it comes to an elite training facility. We as a team will help clients build their confidence, reach their desired weight loss goals, and improve their overall health. The ELEVATE staff has created an intimate and motivating environment for all of our potential clients to enjoy. Our facility will be able to accommodate top professional athletes, weekend warriors, and stay at home moms. Because we understand that every client is different, every training session will be personalized to fit YOU and help YOU reach your desired goals!

ABOUT OUR FACILITY

The clubhouse/lounge area will provide a comfortable, inviting environment for our clients and their parents to take advantage of while they are waiting. It will contain a comfy couch style seating area, restrooms, smoothie bar, cooler with Mountain Valley water and Gatorade products and complementary coffee and fruit. The lounge will also provide a large flat screen TV, free WiFi, and bar style seating in order for you to watch what is going on “on the field”. ELEVATE and PROFORMANCE apparel will be displayed and available for purchase as well. The lounge was created to have the feeling of a Big League Clubhouse!

PROFORMANCE Indoor Turf Area:
• Over 10,000 sq. feet of padded turf
• Special red turf area for sprinting and sled pulling
• Six 65 ft batting cages with L screens
• Bullpen pitching area
• 4 indoor pitching mounds
• 3 pitching machines
• Functional workout area
• Bench style seating areas for clients to place bags and sit while waiting
• Music through out facility
• Fully retractable nets to take advantage of full turf area when needed
