Welcome to Progressive Counseling Center! We are a highly-disciplined, outpatient Addiction Recovery and Mental Health Counseling Center.

WHAT WE TREAT: In addition to mental health counseling services for anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions, Progressive Counseling Center provides an outpatient, Comprehensive Opioid Addiction Treatment (COAT) Program.

WHO WE TREAT IN THE COAT PROGRAM: Motivated individuals with an opioid addiction who are 18-years old and older are candidates for the COAT Program. Family members are a critical part of the treatment process and participate in family counseling and education sessions.

MORE ABOUT THE COAT PROGRAM:
Research finds that successful treatment of opioid dependence requires a combination of:

1) Buprenorphine medication (ex Suboxone) managed by a certified addiction medicine physician.

2.) Mandatory Individual and group counseling sessions along with active participation in a 12-Step Program tackle a variety of addiction issues and strengthen the recovery process.

3) Comprehensive Mental Health Services-focus on past and current life issues and experience that may have led to the addiction.

PROGRAM STAFF: Our team of highly credentialed and experienced mental health professionals are complimented by experienced addiction medicine physicians with extensive training, experience and certification in medication management and addiction treatment.
