After experimenting with several CrossFit boxes in the area the last two years, Darcy Harlan and Erick Soto decided they would be better served by opening their own CrossFit facility. The goal is to create a community that is enthusiastic about getting healthier and achieving fitness goals using the principles of CrossFit.
