Promenade Pointe is Bonaventure Realty Group’s newest signature luxury apartment development. Building on successful prior developments in the region, Promenade Pointe will provide an upscale and vibrant living experience for residents, while integrating with the surrounding community.

As part of our partnership with Norfolk citizens and families, we’ve committed to City Planning Staff that the boardwalk, canoe launch, and wetlands area will be available to local schools for science and nature educational programs.
