PROOF is the premier cocktail lounge / nightclub in the St Louis Metro East, located in Jerseyville Illinois. Our expansive facility offers an open-front main lounge, a modern rooftop bar/deck overlooking the center of downtown Jerseyville, and a dedicated bookable VIP section in the lower bar.

PROOF’s entertainment selection features a mix of country and pop music videos as well as all St Louis sporting events. Live Trivia and Texas HoldEm are also featured for our guests. PROOF also hosts the Metro East’s finest slot parlor.

Our food partner, Red Bird Deli, will be offering PROOF-exclusive light fare along with selections from their regular menu.

PROOF’s Rooftop, Main Bar & VIP/Party room are all available for private engagements.
