At Proper Pilates, we work with all levels of clients including those who need injury rehab, athletes, the elderly, those who desire weight loss, mothers, and virtually anyone else!

We understand that a knowledgeable and courteous staff is essential to your success. Our Pilates instructors have all been educated in Pilates and have undergone rigorous apprenticeship and testing. We don't just hire anyone that looks fit. We require a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor. Our Pilates instructors are not here to judge you, they are here to support you on your journey.
