My name is Justin Hertzog, owner and broker of Property People Realty. Whether it is buying, selling or leasing, my goal for this company is to be equipped for doing it all. I have a true passion for real estate that does not quit. I feel like I am one of those rare people who get to wake up and be excited about their job every single day.

My main mission is education and pressure free sales. I know how much I can’t stand being pressured into making decisions, so when I work with my clients, I sift through the unnecessary fluff and get straight to the point. I talk over your situation, analyze the possibilities, and help decide what is going to be best for you when moving forward. I’m not going to back you into a corner and make you feel like you have to do something because after the deal is done and the dust has settled, I want you to be happy with whatever business we did together. How else am I going to gain referrals and earn more business?

I realize that the job of an agent is ever changing and I dislike the thought that some people think this job is easy money and that all agents do is open doors. That’s why I am committed to proving that being an agent is a full time job in which you need to be constantly educated, always evolving, and able to prove to your clients why you’re the best… all the time.
