I was raised on a farm in Louisiana. Hunting and fishing were a way of life. This beginning taught me the value of good sharp implements. Whether it was shearing or processing the bounty of the land, sharp knives and clippers made the work much easier. I developed a keen interest in learning how to keep all my tools sharp and in good shape.
Life brought me to New York, where I still love hunting, fishing and cooking the Cajun dishes I grew up with. Here I realized that although there are good sharpeners around, there was still a place for a good mobile sharpening service. Time is our most valuable asset, and in business, particularly so. This was the beginning of ProSharp, a mobile sharpening service that comes to you, so you do not have to go to a sharpener, or part with your tools to send them out.
