Our unique concept offers chef prepared, nutritionally balanced, protein-rich meals, snacks, mylkshakes (made with nut milk) and tonics to support today’s active lifestyles and improve health and overall fitness through proper meal choices. Protein is open 7 days from 7a - 7p. Chef Kalen Jane serves as Executive Chef and General Manager.

Customers have a variety of options in how they choose their meals. The customized weekly meal prep option provides a weeks’ worth of healthy meals that can be ordered ahead and picked up. Guests can also come in, order their customized meal at the counter, and either take it to-go, or dine inside or on the patio, or order online and pick up their meal at a time convenient for them. Cold cases filled with pre-prepared, made-fresh-daily meal and snack options are available for diners on-the-go.
