We are a locally owned & operated Grocery Subscription Service. Keep dinner simple! We do the meal planning & shopping; you do the cooking and enjoy stress free dinners. Each week, we provide our beautiful Market Tote with all you need – easy-to-follow recipes and properly portioned and organized ingredients - to prepare three healthy and delicious meals. Each week, you return your Market Tote and exchange it for a fresh tote, filled with the next week's groceries.

**Introductory Pricing

All Grocery Subscription Services include three recipes per week

Continuous Subscriptions-Weekly Price

2 Person Subscription $35 - $5.84 per person per meal
4 Person Subscription $65 - $5.42 per person per meal

Additional Totes: $10
If you forget your tote you will be charged $10 but we will credit you $10 off your next purchase if you bring it back.

(If you have more than 4 people in your family you will need to order more than one plan. For example, if you have 6 people in your family, you will need to order 1 plan 1 and 1 plan 2. Please contact us if you have a large family, we may be able to create a customized plan to fit your family's needs.)

Product prices include all applicable taxes. (Product prices and delivery charges, if applicable, may change at any time, but you will be notified of any changes. We will not adjust pricing without notification.)

Reusable Tote
We love our Earth and try very hard to use Earth friendly practices and products. When you pick up your next Market Tote, please bring back your reusable tote. We sanitize all new and returned bags but we ask that you regularly clean your tote and check for signs of use and wear. If at anytime your bag needs replacing due to normal wear and tear, bring it in and we will swap out a new one free of charge. If you forget your tote you will be charged $10 but we will credit you $10 off your next purchase if you bring it back.

Payment:
Payment can be made with cash, check (made out to Provincial Market), or debit and credit payment via Paypal.

We will collect applicable sales tax on Products for which we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Product prices include all applicable taxes. (Product prices and delivery charges, if applicable, may change at any time, but you will be notified of any changes. We will not adjust pricing without notification.)

Continuous Subscriptions
When you register for a continuous subscription plan, you agree that Provincial Market of the Bluegrass is authorized to charge you on a rolling basis until your account is cancelled or you choose to skip a week. You may cancel for any reason by contacting customer care at Provincialmarketcustomercare@gmail.com. (Please see our cancellation policy for more details)

By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that the continuous subscription plan consists an initial charge for your first Market Meals followed by recurring charges for each additional Market Tote request and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation of Services.
