PRT Fitness is a personal fitness company that will give the attention needed, thats often neglected in the fitness field. Sessions are both public and private. 1 one 1 and group sessions can be in-house or location of choice.

The mission is to provide personalized fitness training and guidance, to clients with a vision to obtain and maintain their health and fitness goals.
Along with health and fitness, specialized nutrition and rehabilitative
exercise programs are available based on the past, current and potential future health condition requirements.

***All private sessions are between scheduled hours and days.
