PSJ Krav Maga and Kickboxing

Krav Maga is Modern Self Defense for Adults">Krav Maga is the official self-defense and fighting system used by Israeli Defense Forces and Police. The Krav program is for adults only and students will learn how to quickly overcome an attacker. Training for this course will challenge students physically and mentally. Students will participate in stress, awareness, and fatigue drills in order to prepare for combat. Krav Maga operates under the premise that there are no limiting rules of engagement when it comes to protecting yourself.

Kickboxing combines exercise and bagwork to create a unique workout. This class is for someone who wants to tone up, build cardio, and get into shape! The class for Ages 16 and up. This is class for Woman and Men. This class will motiviate you to reach your fitness goals.
