I have been a Personal Trainer for about 13yrs now and have held certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, EMT, along with training from ACE, AFAA, APEX, and ACSM, CPR/AED, have trained amateur and professional fighters and can train for pretty much any goal. Former Army Combat Medic Paratrooper. You can train for fitness, recreation, fun, or to get into some serious training.

Boxing is fun, you learn how to defend yourself, improve your confidence, and you get in great shape. A couple of rounds in boxing feels like a lifetime. If you can get into boxing shape, you can do anything. I teach Academy "Sweet Science" Style Boxing. This means that this is not just basic recreational boxing that focuses on just throwing combinations and hitting bags and mitts. This is a full fledged martial art, a comprehensive and biomechanically science based form of boxing that emphasizes in creating extremely well rounded and intelligent fighters paying attention to every detail from foot to head and nothing being left out in order to create a fighter who can adjust to any style or complication he or she might face in a fight whether boxing, mma, or a street fight. I can give you utterly devastating and overwhelming conditioning for your fight or just get you in shape for a fit life.
