The current economic situation, demographic factors, and economic globalization in particular, are rapidly changing how business is done, including employer hiring practices, “standard” operating procedures and, the physical workplace. The depth of job losses, lingering weakness in the economy, maturing baby boomers and a progressive Latino community are prompting people to embrace previously unimaginable ideas such as entrepreneurialism both in the United States and abroad. PSLCC will facilitate the Latino community as they tackle this new challenging economy, evolving business practices, and advancing technology. Through our network of businesses, professional associations, and partners, PSLCC supports a business milieu encouraging sustainable employment and civic development, promoting local and global business growth, facilitating progressive education options, and encouraging advanced and unconventional technology development.

PSLCC will also have its stamp of approval on all things STEM related principals are used to ensure progressive Latino entrepreneurial, educational, and civic participation and advancement now and in the future. Schools and businesses across the United States of America are fostering an on-going relationship with businesses and municipalities developing strategies to incorporate the needs and desires of the Latino consumer and those organizations targeting the largest and quickest growing community in the United States.
