Pure Barre is an intelligent exercise. The technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle.
The workout launches a full blown attack on the areas of the body all people struggle with: abs, hips, thighs, seat and arms. It defies gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up. These results have created a cult-like following including celebrities and athletes.

Reserving your spot for a class online is highly recommended. Drop-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis.
Most packages are available for purchase online, however, our packages and discounts that require a form of ID (our Student/Military,etc) are available for purchase in studio only.
