Pure Movement Dance and Fitness

Pure Movement is a studio that melds art and fitness in a fresh and innovative way. Our uniqueness comes from a well-rounded class offering that is unmatched in the DFW area. Dance, Ballroom and Fitness classes for every age is taught by a select, professional staff with a passion for self-expression, health and fun.

Our award-winning Dance Co. has been joined by two more amazing teams, Diva Squad, our performance team, and Crew, our street based hip hop team lead by Keith Green. In Pure Movement Dance Co.'s first year of competing, we swept 2 out of 3 competitions as Judge's Choice Award for Best Dance of the entire competition, and invited to compete in the World Dance Championship in NYC, along with countless 1st place over-all's, Choreography Awards, and Entertainment Awards.

Alongside our amazing Dance program for ages 2 to Adult, we are also a full functioning fitness studio. Many parents lose the time for taking care of themselves when they are dedicated to their child's dreams. At Pure Movement, you can not only get your child in any style dance class, but you can get yourself into one of very many formats of fitness we offer. PM also offers an infrared sauna, one of very few in the direct area.
