Pure Mvmnt

Pure Mvmnt’s signature class is a series workshop that moves in levels. Meeting once a week, classes are kept small to allow for intimacy and individualized attention. Lights are low and there are no mirrors, eliminating judgment of your body or anyone else. The movement is slow and controlled to allow you to sink into your muscles and curves, all while providing a combination of deep stretch, as well as strenuous movements that help strengthen and tone.

Then comes the pole! Under careful guided instruction, you"ll learn the art of pole dance to further strengthen the body and allow for more freedom of sensual expression. The 'fly high' after your first spin will send you walking into the world with a new confidence. All at once, you will feel like the most badass beautiful feminine creature that ever was.

After experiencing my own body-affirming journey, I could think of nothing else except how to bring this unique experience to other women. Pure Mvmnt is about discovering your whole self, your physicality, and your wants. Let’s stamp out the labels – mother, Madonna, whore. Let’s set fire to terms that shame our bodies. Every woman, every person, has the right to accept themselves and their whole identity, so that we may live freely as our fullest selves. Join the revolution. Come spark the fire.
