We are the coast's only "allegro 2 reformer studio" and "RealRyder Cycle" studio. We also offer Barre Intensity! Our pilates classes are taught on a MACHINE called a REFORMER, not a MAT! Our cycle classes are taught on bike that MOVE from Right to Left and our Barre Intensity classes are HIGH energy but LOW impact. ALL of our classes are for ANY ability and ages 14 and up!
