Orders must be paid in full before any work is began on the order. If it is an order of $50 or more, please contact me so we can make arrangements.

Customized orders that include names and dates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

I will do my best to create a mock up of what you are wanting to be created. Please keep in mind, colors on the computer cannot be exactly duplicated. Colors used in the mockup will be as close as possible to the color of vinyl being used.

Once there has been an agreement made as to what will be created (whether based off a mockup or a previously created item) it is possible for changes to be made if notice is given in less than 24 hours from agreement.

I use PayPal and Square for credit card payments. It is the customer's choice which to use, no account is needed for the use of these services. Payments can be made in cash as well, but payment still must be made upfront before any work is completed.

All signs created from pallets will vary in texture, coloring and size (no more than 1/2"). I do my best with each creation to make it look exactly like the original, but there will be differences which makes each item you get unique!

Care Instructions for Tumblers and Mugs:
Hand wash only. Do not put in microwave. Do no put in dishwasher. Do not soak in water. Any damage that occurs to vinyl due to any of the above actions does not qualify for any kind of discount or refund.

Care Instructions for Clothing:
Wash inside out in cool water, tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Care Instructions for Earrings:
Do no expose earrings to water (swimming, bathing, etc.). Clean with alcohol and q-tip.

Your Paint & Wall Decals:
May not adhere to painted surfaces with Teflon, stain guard or VOC paints that have been used. VOC paints are a green friendly paint with low odor or no odor.
These types of paints will repel removable vinyl decals and make them "fall off/roll off" your surface.
