We offer Chiropractic and accept most major insurances. We have very reasonable prices for those seeking chiropractic care that maybe uninsured or underinsured. Kari Lockhart, LMT offers massage therapy at a rate of $30 for a half hour and $55 for a full hour massage. We offer an infrared sauna at $7/session with discount packages available. We carry Biofreeze and various nutritional supplements. We also offer weight loss workshops monthly to help people achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

Dr. Purvis is also a Certified Medical Examiner and does DOT Physicals for $75.
