PXT: Personal Excellence Training & CrossFit Excellence

In 2004, we began training clients in and around the Lake Oswego OR. area. Our vision from the beginning was to develop into a world class coaching facility that was accessible for the general population, but offered high level training and coaching for elite fitness, sports performance, "pre-hab" and "re-hab".

When we found CrossFit in 2007, we saw a natural fit and progression from the training we already offered.
The CrossFit community is unmatched in experience, knowledge and camaraderie.

We are a family-oriented fitness facility that offers extra-ordinary coaching, elite results and a community that fosters greatness. Every workout is programmed, coached and guided. We emphasize proper mobility and recovery work, nutrition, functional training and offer a myriad of specific and supplemental programs such as; Self-Defense & Striking, MMA, Yoga, Olympic Weightlifting, Running & Endurance as well as CrossFit and Personal Training.
