A few things about our BBQ.
Welcome to QDogs BBQ Company sure glad you stopped by! When I first started the part time catering business I was commonly asked the same question- What makes your Q so darn good? Simple mine tastes better than everyone else’s! But seriously this is no accident. I have spent years and years tweaking and perfecting my flavor profiles. Championship BBQ is layered with flavors that should explode in your mouth making every ingredient and the cooking process very important.
All of our BBQ starts with hand selected, choice graded, Iowa pork and beef. We hand rub each piece with our very own dry rub and slowly smoke over the finest cherry wood. Every piece of meat is closely monitored for the perfect temperature and tenderness. Once we are satisfied with the smoking process the product is moved to our humidity and temperature controlled resting ovens for several hours. Only then is our BBQ ready for you to enjoy! You just can’t rush perfection.
We insist on pulling, slicing and chopping our product as needed. This insures you are consistently served the freshest and juiciest BBQ every time you visit. All of our BBQ is served with our very own QDogs BBQ sauces on the side. Use as much or as little as you like, it simply adds another layer of Five Alarm Goodness!
