QTown CrossFit

QTown CrossFit started in WestView on April of 2012. This community of people grew into a family of owners, coaches and friends who worked together to open QTown CrossFit in August of 2012. From the beginning it has been our vision to develop a community of people that support each other in achieving their health and wellness goals.

In addition to CrossFit classes, we also offer a strength and mobility class which combines low-impact strength training, mobility and functional movement exercises as well as Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Kids and Paleo classes.
