The vegetables were from our garden, the eggs from our chickens, and my father hunted and fished. We had fresh truffles and porcini mushrooms. I even stomped the grapes to make the wine!" Since his humble beginnings in Italy, Antonio Cagnolo has emerged as a dynamic force in the field of dining.
